Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 12, 2026

These terms govern your use of livelovewell.co and your purchase of any Lovewell Initiatives training. Lovewell Initiatives, LLC (“Lovewell,” “we,” “us”) is based at PO Box 6841, Tacoma, WA 98417. By using the site or registering for a training, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our CE Information and Policies.

Who can register

You must be 18 or older to create an account or register. When you register, you agree to give accurate information, including your full name, license type, and email address, because we use it to issue CE certificates.

What we offer

Lovewell provides continuing education for mental health professionals, offered as live in-person trainings, live online trainings, and on-demand courses. Each training’s page lists its date, format, CE hours, and price. We may correct errors in a listing, including price errors, before we confirm your registration.

Payment

Payment is due in full at registration and is processed at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your card details. Prices are in US dollars.

Refunds, cancellations, and transfers

Refunds, cancellations, transfers, and on-demand purchase terms are set out on our CE Information and Policies page. That page is part of these terms. If we cancel or reschedule a training, you will receive a full refund or may transfer your registration to a future training.

CE credit and certificates

Lovewell Initiatives, LLC is an NBCC Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7776, and an AASECT Approved Continuing Education Provider, No. 25-0609-LI. Credit is issued only when you meet the attendance and completion requirements on the CE Information and Policies page.

Each licensing board decides which CE it accepts. Lovewell cannot guarantee that your board will accept credit from any training, and completing a training does not guarantee licensure, certification, or renewal. Check your board’s rules before you register.

Course access and your account

Your registration is for you alone. Do not share your login, your Zoom link, or course materials with anyone else. We may suspend access if an account is shared or these terms are broken.

On-demand courses stay available for the access period stated on the course page. If no period is stated, we will give at least 30 days’ notice before removing a course you have purchased.

Recordings

Do not record, screenshot, or distribute any part of a live training without written permission from Lovewell. If Lovewell records a live training, we will say so at the start of the session.

Confidentiality in trainings

Trainings often include personal reflection and clinical discussion. Keep what other participants share confidential. Do not share information that could identify a client, in discussion or in chat.

Intellectual property

Training content, slides, handouts, and recordings belong to Lovewell or to the presenter who created them. You may use them for your own learning and practice. You may not copy, sell, teach from, or redistribute them without written permission.

Educational purpose

Trainings are continuing education. They are not therapy, clinical supervision, consultation, or legal advice, and they do not create a supervisory or therapeutic relationship with Lovewell or any presenter. You remain responsible for your own clinical decisions and for following your license’s laws and ethics code.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Lovewell’s total liability for any claim related to the site or a training is limited to the amount you paid for that training. Lovewell is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost income or a board’s decision about your credit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Changes do not apply to a registration we confirmed before the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts in Pierce County, Washington. Before filing any claim, contact us so we can try to resolve it directly.
