This policy explains what personal information Lovewell Initiatives, LLC, PO Box 6841, Tacoma, WA 98417, collects through livelovewell.co and our trainings, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
What we collect
- Registration and account details: your name, email address, phone number, billing address, license type, license number when you provide it, and state of licensure.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processors at checkout. Lovewell does not see or store your full card number.
- Training records: attendance, completion, evaluation responses, and the CE certificates we issue.
- Accommodation requests: any details you choose to share so we can arrange accessibility for a training. We use these only to arrange the accommodation.
- Messages: what you send through our contact forms, email, or training proposals.
- Site usage: basic technical information, such as browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies set by our website platform.
How we use it
- To register you, process payment, and give you access to trainings.
- To verify attendance and issue CE certificates, and to keep the records our accrediting bodies require.
- To send you information about trainings you registered for.
- To send our newsletter and announcements. When you buy a training, we add you to our email list. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in any email, and you will still receive messages about trainings you registered for.
- To answer your questions and improve our trainings.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run Lovewell, and only for that purpose:
- Kajabi: website, checkout, course access, account login, and email.
- Kajabi Payments: payment processing through Stripe, including cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Afterpay.
- Zoom: live online trainings and attendance records.
- Google reCAPTCHA: spam protection on our forms.
- Business software: email, file storage, bookkeeping, and moving registration information between our tools.
We may also share information with NBCC or AASECT when they audit our CE records, and when the law requires it.
Cookies
Our website platform, Kajabi, uses cookies to keep you logged in, run checkout, and measure basic site traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though login and checkout may not work without them. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep CE attendance and certificate records for as long as our accrediting bodies require. We keep payment and tax records as long as tax law requires. We keep other information while your account is active, and delete it on request unless we must keep it by law.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will respond within 45 days. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights, and we will honor them.
Security
We use the security tools built into our service providers and limit access to the people who need it. No system is fully secure, and we will notify you if a breach affects your information as the law requires.
Children
Our site and trainings are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
