Education, not clinical services

Our trainings, blog posts, podcast episodes, and resources are for professional education. They are not therapy, clinical supervision, consultation, or legal, tax, or regulatory advice. Taking part does not create a therapeutic, supervisory, or consulting relationship with Lovewell or any presenter.

You are responsible for your own clinical decisions, for practicing within your scope, and for following your state’s laws and your profession’s ethics code. If you or someone you know is in crisis, call or text 988 or call 911.

CE credit and board acceptance

Lovewell Initiatives, LLC is an NBCC Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7776, and an AASECT Approved Continuing Education Provider, No. 25-0609-LI. Each licensing board sets its own rules for which CE it accepts. We cannot guarantee that a board will accept credit from any training, and completing a training does not guarantee licensure, certification, or renewal.

Licensure and regulatory information

Our pages on CE requirements, approved supervisor pathways, and workplace violence training summarize rules set by licensing boards and state agencies. Those rules change. Always confirm current requirements with your board before you rely on them. Where our summary and your board’s rules differ, your board’s rules control.

Presenter views

Presenters speak from their own training, research, and experience. Their views are their own and may not reflect Lovewell’s positions. The same applies to guests on the Mental Breakdance podcast.
