Cancellation & Refund Policy (On-Demand Trainings)
All on-demand training purchases are final. Because access to digital training content is reserved or provided upon purchase, registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. Pre-orders secure access to the training once it is released and are also non-refundable. Participants will have access to the training for 12 months from the date the on-demand version launches.
