The training takes place on Friday, June 5, 2026 at the White Center Hub (10829 8th Ave SW, Seattle, WA 98146). Doors open at 8:45 AM and we'll start promptly at 9:00 AM.

We'll send a pre-training email with parking details, directions, and any day-of logistics.

  • CE evaluation & certificate

After the training, you'll receive a link to the online evaluation form. CE certificates will be emailed within  7 business days to participants who attend the full session and complete the evaluation.

Prepare for the Training

This is a full-day, in-person training that blends didactic teaching with discussion, case examples, and reflective exercises. You'll be invited to engage with the material through both clinical and personal lenses — menopause is a topic many clinicians are navigating in their own lives or in the lives of people close to them, and that lived experience is welcome in the room.

No advance preparation is required. Come ready to learn, reflect, and ask questions. A lunch break will be built into the day — you're welcome to bring your own meal or explore nearby options in the White Center neighborhood. You are always in choice about what and how much you share. Our goal is to create a thoughtful, professionally grounded space where clinicians can deepen their understanding of a transition that is too often overlooked in both clinical training and healthcare.

This training is designed to be interactive and reflective. Participants will be invited (not required to disclose personal details) to engage in small-group discussion, self-reflection, and applied case analysis as part of the learning process. Because the material touches on current political stress, value conflict, and professional identity, we encourage you to arrive with a willingness to reflect on your own positioning, reactions, and roles as a clinician.

You are always in choice about what and how much you share. Our goal is to create a thoughtful, professionally grounded space that supports learning, ethical clarity, and collective inquiry—not debate or personal exposure.

Refund & Attendance Policy

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 14 days of the event.
  • Full attendance and completion of the evaluation are required to receive CE credit.

NBCC Continuing Education

Lovewell Initiatives, LLC has been approved by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) as an Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEP), ACEP No. 7776. AASECT Continuing Education
