Sponsorship Statement
This program meets the requirements of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT). These CE credits may be applied toward AASECT certification and renewal of certification.

Attendance & Completion Policy
To earn CE credit, participants must attend the entire session, sign in and out, and complete the course evaluation. Partial credit cannot be awarded.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received at least 14 days before the event receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 14 days of the event.

The workshop environment values confidentiality, cultural humility, and respect for all sexualities, genders, and identities. Participants are asked to maintain privacy regarding any personal or clinical material shared.

AASECT Grievance Policy
AASECT is fully committed to conducting all activities with ethical principles in mind. AASECT will comply with all legal and ethical responsibilities to be non-discriminatory in promotional activities, program content, and treatment of program participants. Monitoring and assessment of compliance with these standards are the responsibility of the Chair of the Professional Education Steering Committee, in consultation with the Continuing Education Committee, the AASECT Ethics Chairperson, and the Convention Chairs.
- If the grievance concerns a speaker or their presentation style/content, the participant will be asked to submit comments in writing. The CE Chair will forward the anonymized comments to the speaker.
- If the grievance concerns a workshop’s content, level, or facility, the event chair will mediate and serve as final arbitrator. If action is requested, the event chair will document and present the information to the board for review.
- If the grievance concerns the AASECT CE program itself, the CE Chair will present the information to the board for review.
- AASECT does not arbitrate business practice complaints.
